Destin is the Panhandle's largest individual market by booking volume. HarborWalk Village, Destin Harbor, Crystal Beach, and the Henderson Beach corridor are all distinct rental micro-markets within a compact geography. Miramar Beach is effectively the eastern extension of Destin — Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Grand Boulevard, and the large-format vacation rental homes east of the harbor.

Panama City Beach
Panama City Beach is the Panhandle's most family-oriented large-market destination. Pensacola is the westernmost Panhandle market. Naval Air Station Pensacola families, the University of West Florida graduation corridor, and a growing residential market define the demand here.
