What if it rains? We cook in light rain under appropriate shelter. For lightning or severe Gulf weather, we work with you to reschedule at no penalty. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes. Allergies and dietary restrictions are noted at the time of booking and accommodated in the menu build. Most restrictions are straightforward to accommodate with the standard menu and protein selection.
How far in advance do you need a final guest count? A firm count 24 hours before the event is preferred, but we can accommodate count changes up to the day of the event — let us know as soon as possible.
