The chef arrived fully self-contained, set up on our back terrace with the Catalinas as the backdrop, and performed for 90 minutes. Filet mignon and lobster tail upgrade. A genuinely outstanding evening.
Anniversary dinner at our Rancho Vistoso home — 14 guests. We chose Oro Valley specifically for the setting, and the chef used that setting exactly right. Premium proteins, impeccable performance, complete cleanup. Our guests have been asking about booking their own events ever since.
Family celebration at our Ventana Canyon-adjacent property — 20 guests. Three generations, guests from out of state.
