Naperville Central graduation party — 46 family members in our White Eagle backyard. Our daughter graduated from Central and we had family in from eight states. We needed a format that worked without restaurant reservations on the busiest Saturday in Naperville. The dual chef stations handled everyone at once, fire tricks had the whole backyard laughing, and the filet mignon upgrade was exactly right for our graduate. We've already been asked to recommend the same format for three other graduation parties next year.

Milestone 50th birthday at our Ashwood Park property — 28 guests including the whole family. We'd planned this event for two years and a private hibachi chef was our daughter's recommendation. Chef arrived fully self-contained, set up by our pool in 20 minutes, performed for two hours, and left everything spotless. Premium proteins across the full table. The single finest evening we've hosted at this property. Already booked again for next fall.
