Your chef arrives with everything: teppan grill, propane, all fresh proteins, fried rice, vegetables, house-made sauces, plates, and chopsticks. Setup takes 20 minutes on your backyard, patio, or outdoor space. The performance runs 90–120 minutes from first flame to final plate — fire tricks, flying shrimp, and every dish cooked to order at the teppan. For large Northampton gatherings over 25, we bring two chef stations. Full cleanup when dinner is done.
