Every guest picks two proteins at the standard $60/adult rate: chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, or tofu. Premium upgrades — filet mignon, lobster tail, scallops — are available for any event. For groups over 25, we deploy dual chef stations to keep pace with the crowd. Fried rice, vegetables, and house-made sauces round out every plate.
Graduation season (May–June) is our busiest time in Ho Ho Kus and all of Central NJ — book 4–6 weeks ahead for Saturday events. All other occasions: most quotes are confirmed same-day. Starting at $60/adult, $30/child, $600 minimum.
