Your chef arrives 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time with a propane teppan grill, all fresh proteins, rice, vegetables, house-made sauces, plates, and chopsticks. The performance runs 90–120 minutes from the first flame to the final plate — fire tricks, flying shrimp, precision knife work, and every dish cooked to order in front of your crowd. One station for up to 20 guests; dual stations for larger NYC events up to 60+. Full cleanup when dinner is done.
