The setup works on any flat outdoor surface — lake house deck, covered patio, screened porch with good airflow, or backyard entertaining area. Your chef arrives 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time, fully equipped: propane grill, all proteins, fried rice, grilled vegetables, sauces, plates, and chopsticks. Every plate cooked to order at the grill. Full cleanup when the last guest is served. Your property is left exactly as you found it.
