Your chef arrives with everything: teppan grill, propane, all fresh proteins, fried rice, vegetables, house-made sauces, plates, and chopsticks. The performance runs 90–120 minutes from first flame to final plate — fire tricks, flying shrimp, and every dish cooked to order at the teppan in front of your guests. For Roswell events over 25 guests, we bring two chef stations. Full cleanup when dinner is done.
