Anniversary estate event at our Barrington Hills property — 18 guests on our five-acre lot. We've hosted private dinners at this property for twenty years and this was genuinely new territory. The chef set up in our courtyard, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, and performed for 90 minutes with complete skill. The equestrian estate setting gave the evening a backdrop that no restaurant could replicate. We're already planning our next milestone event at the same property.

Barrington High School graduation backyard party — 36 family members at our South Barrington property. We have a large outdoor entertaining space and wanted a format that used it properly. Chef arrived, set up by our pool area, and gave us two hours of performance that had every generation from our 6-year-old nephew to our 78-year-old parents completely transfixed. The fire tricks over the pool were the highlight of the entire graduation weekend.
