Anniversary dinner at our Carbon Beach property — 12 guests on the deck with the Pacific forty feet away. We've entertained at this property for nine years and this was the first format that matched the setting completely. Chef set up in 25 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes as the sun set into the ocean, and left the deck exactly as it was. Our guests are still telling people about it three months later. Reserving the same chef for our next major occasion immediately.

Point Dume graduation dinner for our daughter — 26 family members on our bluff property. Family flying in from New York, Chicago, and London for the weekend, and we needed a format that kept everyone together for one genuinely remarkable evening. The chef arrived self-contained, set up on our deck with the Pacific as the backdrop, and performed for two hours. Fire tricks, the volcano, premium proteins across the full table. Every family member said it was the single best event of the weekend. Worth every penny.
