Vacation rental birthday weekend at our Palm Canyon Drive property — 24 guests from Los Angeles and the Bay Area. We rented the house specifically for the occasion and the hibachi chef was the centerpiece event of the entire weekend. Chef arrived with everything, set up by the pool, performed for 90 minutes with fire tricks and premium proteins throughout, and left the property exactly as it was. The volcano over the pool in the desert air at sunset was the moment every guest described for the rest of the year. Perfect format for a Palm Springs mid-century vacation rental.

Anniversary celebration at our Indian Canyons-area home — 18 guests in our outdoor living space. We've owned this property for eleven years and host regularly, but this was the first evening where every guest was completely engaged from start to finish. The chef set up by the pool, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes, and left everything spotless.
