We've entertained at this home for twelve years and this was the first format that matched the setting completely. The chef set up in 25 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes as the harbor lights came on, and left the deck spotless. Our guests asked for the contact information before the last boat left the dock. Already reserving for next year's milestone.
