Milestone anniversary dinner at our Arch Beach Heights estate — 14 guests on our bluff terrace. The Pacific as the backdrop, a certified teppanyaki chef performing 90 minutes of live fire teppanyaki with filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, and a cleanup so complete the terrace was exactly as it was when the chef arrived. We've hosted private dinners at this property for twenty years. This was the finest format we've used. Already planning the same for next year's occasion.

Milestone birthday at our Canyon Road property — 22 guests in our courtyard garden. The setting was already extraordinary; the chef matched it completely. Two hours of live performance, wagyu and lobster tail across the table, fire tricks that had even our most reserved guests genuinely engaged. Our guests came from four different cities and the unanimous feedback was that it was the finest private event they'd attended on the OC coast. We're already booking the same format for the next occasion.
