Anniversary estate dinner at our Monarch Beach bluff property — 16 guests on our west terrace overlooking the Pacific. We've entertained at this property for nine years and this was the finest private dinner format we've used. The chef set up in 20 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes as the sun set, and left the terrace exactly as it was. Every guest asked for the contact information before reaching the street. Already planning for next year's milestone.

Graduation backyard party in the Lantern District — 35 family members. Our daughter graduated from Dana Hills High and we had family arriving from four states. We needed something that worked for every age from 5 to 80 without restaurant logistics on the busiest Saturday in Dana Point. The hibachi chef solved every problem: fire tricks for the youngest guests, premium proteins for everyone, and a cleanup so complete we couldn't tell the chef had been there. Our family's best graduation event.

Our guests drove from Newport Beach, Laguna, and San Diego specifically for this event. Every one of them asked for the contact information on the way out.
