Anniversary estate dinner at our Ironwood Country Club-area property — 18 guests on our covered patio. We've been in the Coachella Valley for fourteen years and host regularly in this community, but this was the first format that matched the property and the occasion in the way I'd always hoped something would. The chef set up in 20 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes with the Santa Rosa Mountains as the backdrop, and left the patio exactly as it was. Our guests are still talking about it. Already planned for next year's milestone.

Milestone birthday at our Indian Ridge-adjacent property — 24 guests. We live in one of Palm Desert's finest communities and have hosted many events here, but this was genuinely different from anything we'd done before. The chef performed for 90 minutes with premium proteins throughout, fire tricks that had even our most reserved guests completely engaged, and the kind of cleanup that left the backyard spotless. The format everyone in our community has since asked us about. Our new standard for milestone events at this property.

El Paseo-area graduation dinner for our granddaughter — 30 family members. We had family arriving from four states for the weekend and needed a format that worked for a large multigenerational group without competing for desert restaurant tables on a celebratory weekend.
