We had family coming in from six states for our daughter's ISU commencement and needed a format that worked without competing for the handful of restaurants in Bloomington-Normal that weren't already booked solid. Chef arrived fully self-contained, performed for two hours, cleanup was complete when he left. The format solved every logistical problem of a graduation weekend family dinner in a college town.
