Chef arrived fully self-contained, dual stations handled the full group simultaneously, and the live performance kept every person engaged for two hours. Bradley University graduation family dinner — 24 family members at a Peoria-area property. Our son graduated from Bradley and we had family arriving from four states for the weekend. The challenge was a guest list that included toddlers and grandparents and every age in between. The hibachi chef handled every generation simultaneously: fire tricks for the kids, excellent proteins for the adults, and a two-hour performance that kept the entire family at the table until well after sunset. Best graduation event we've done.
Grandview Drive estate anniversary dinner — 16 guests at our Peoria property. We've lived here for 24 years and host regularly, but this was a genuinely new experience for this property. Chef set up on our west terrace, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, and performed for 90 minutes with complete professionalism. The terrace was spotless when he left. Our guests asked for the contact information before they reached the driveway. Booking again for next year's anniversary.
