Your chef arrives with everything: teppan grill, propane, all fresh proteins, fried rice, vegetables, house-made sauces, plates, and chopsticks. Setup takes 20 minutes on your rental patio or backyard. The performance runs 90–120 minutes from first flame to final plate — fire tricks, flying shrimp, and every dish cooked to order at the teppan under the Moab desert sky. For large group trips over 25, we bring two chef stations. Full cleanup when dinner is done.
