We've been in this community for nine years and host regularly, but this was the first evening where the format matched the occasion in a way nothing else had. The chef set up in 20 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes, and left the patio exactly as it was. Our guests are still talking about it. Already planning the same format for our next milestone at this property — and our neighbors have been asking for the contact information ever since.
