Rose Bowl corridor anniversary dinner at our San Rafael Hills property — 20 guests on our west terrace. We've hosted dinners at this home for eighteen years and this was among the most memorable. The chef set up with the Arroyo as the backdrop, served premium proteins throughout, performed for 90 minutes, and left the terrace exactly as it was. Our guests included Caltech faculty and longtime Pasadena neighbors — every person at the table said it was the finest private dinner they'd attended in the city. Already planned for next year's anniversary.

Graduation backyard party — 44 family members at our Bungalow Heaven property. Our son graduated from Pasadena City College and we had family coming in from six states for the weekend. We needed a format that worked for a large group without restaurant logistics on the graduation Saturday.
