We'd done catered dinners and restaurant group events and this format was categorically better than either. The chef arrived fully self-contained, dual stations handled the full group, and every employee was genuinely engaged for 90 minutes of live fire teppanyaki. Our CEO called it the best team event in five years of doing them. Our new format for every company milestone in Carlsbad going forward.

Graduation backyard party at our Aviara property — 38 family members. Our son graduated from Carlsbad High and we had family arriving from four states.
