The chef set up in 20 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes, and left the terrace spotless. Our guests included people who attend private dinners at the highest level in wine country communities from Burgundy to the Willamette Valley, and every person said this was the finest format they'd experienced at a private vineyard estate.
