Plaza-area anniversary dinner at our Sonoma estate — 16 guests in our garden courtyard. We've lived in Sonoma for twenty years and host regularly, but this was the first format that matched both the occasion and the town's character simultaneously. The chef set up in 20 minutes, served filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, performed for 90 minutes, and left the courtyard spotless. Our guests are still talking about it. The volcano between the olive trees, premium proteins throughout the evening, and the kind of cleanup that left no trace. Already planned for our next milestone at this property.

Destination family reunion at our Carneros vineyard property — 28 guests from across the country. We rented the house for the weekend and the hibachi chef was the centerpiece event. Chef arrived fully self-contained, performed for two hours with dual stations for the full group, and left the property exactly as it was.
