We had family flying in from four time zones and needed a format that worked without competing for SLO reservations on the most competitive dining weekend of the year. The hibachi chef solved every problem: arrived with everything, dual stations for the full group, performed for two hours with premium proteins throughout, and left the property exactly as it was. Every family member said it was the finest graduation dinner they'd attended in twenty years of hosting them.

Wine country anniversary dinner at our Edna Valley property — 18 guests. We've been coming to the SLO wine country for twelve years and this was the first private event format that matched what the setting already is. The chef performed for 90 minutes with filet mignon and lobster tail across the full table, the fire tricks had even our most reserved guests completely engaged, and the cleanup left the property spotless.
